Wet painting
Wet coating roughly divided into spray coating and dip coating.
Spray-coating does not require expensive equipment, but a wide range of varnishes can be applied with it, so this surface protection procedure is most often used. The process is suitable for serial production in industry or individual production in smaller plants. Dip coating, on the other hand, is a very high-efficiency process. The dipping process is mainly used in workpieces that have a lot of hard-to-reach places and it would take too long to apply the varnish by spraying. A prerequisite, of course, is that the workpieces are able to sink, that is, there are no surfaces on them that should not come into contact with the varnish. |
