Treatment plants
In paint shops, the primary source of wastewater is typically the workpiece pretreatment process. To minimize the environmental impact of chemicals, we implement a cascade system in these plants, which reduces the consumption of both water and chemical additives.
Wastewater from degreasing and surface pretreatment, contaminated with degreasing agents and heavy metals, must be thoroughly treated before being released into the environment. Our treatment plants are specifically designed to match the requirements of the technological processes, ensuring a high level of purification. The treated water meets all discharge standards for sewer systems. In addition to conventional wastewater treatment solutions, we offer evaporator treatment plants upon customer request. These systems allow purified water to be returned to the pretreatment process, significantly reducing water consumption and wastewater discharge.
