Lifting devices
Lifting devices in suspended conveyor systems are key elements that allow loads to be moved vertically (lifting and lowering) within the system. They are used to overcome the height levels of the line and increase the ergonomics of the operators' work when manually loading and unloading workpieces from the line. Most often, electric motors are used to drive a chain or cable that raises or lowers loads. The advantages of such devices include accurate control over the lifting speed, reliability and the possibility of automation. Particular emphasis is placed on safety through the integration of safety brakes, load sensors and overload prevention systems.
